Our machines are manufactured through a trusted OEM partner in China, using top-tier components such as Kubota engines (Japan) and Parker hydraulic systems (USA). Each excavator undergoes rigorous factory inspection and a final quality check at our Texas facility before delivery.

Absolutely! We’re based in Austin/Hutto, Texas, and welcome visitors to our warehouse. We’re also happy to arrange demos at your location for serious buyers—including referral-based or co-marketed events. Just contact us to schedule a time.
- How is delivery handled?
We partner with professional freight carriers that specialize in heavy equipment. Delivery times are typically:

- What warranty and parts support do you offer?
Every BULL excavator carries a 24-month limited warranty. We keep a broad inventory of wear parts (filters, hoses, filters, etc.) in our Texas warehouse for 24–48 hour shipment. Our in-house support team is available via phone, email, or video call for technical assistance.
- How is service handled after the sale?
We’re building a U.S. service network of vetted independent providers. In the meantime, serviceable components are widely supported by local mechanics due to standard, high-quality parts. Our in-house technical team is also ready to guide you through any service or repair needs.
